Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.


 

U.S. Domestic Shipping

 

We offer the following shipping options for all orders within the United States. Please note that the delivery times listed below are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed by SlateSafe.

  • Standard Shipping
    • Cost:  $5.50 (Or free for orders over $40!)
    • Carrier: Shipped via USPS First-Class Mail or Ground Advantage.
    • Estimated Delivery: Typically delivered in 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Expedited Shipping
    • Cost: $15.50-$18.50 depending on order size
    • Carrier: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
    • Estimated Delivery: Typically delivered in 2-3 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Priority Mail Express
    • Cost: 21.50
    • Carrier: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express.
    • Estimated Delivery: The fastest option available. Delivery times are specific to your zip code and the time of day your order is placed.
    • Important Note: While we strive to meet all delivery expectations, the delivery times listed are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. For the most accurate updates, please refer to the tracking information provided by the carrier.


 

International Shipping

For our valued international customers and bulk orders, please note the following terms regarding shipping and customs.

  • Shipping Method: International shipments are managed through reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS to ensure secure delivery.
  • Incoterms: All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the buyer is the Importer of Record and is solely responsible for paying any and all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes (including Value-Added Tax, or VAT) at the time of delivery or customs clearance.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments are subject to inspection by local customs authorities, which may cause unpredictable delays. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur due to the customs clearance process.

General Shipping Terms

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will be happy to assist you by providing any necessary documentation.
  • Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
