These Terms of Service describe the agreement between you and SlateSafe when you use slatesafe.com and purchase products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are

SlateSafe sells tablet accessories, including USB-C cables and tablet enclosure kits. We are based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Checkout is processed by Stripe. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. Checkout is currently available for United States shipping addresses only.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you are offering to buy the listed products at the posted price. We may accept or decline an order. Payment is collected through Stripe Payment Links. Posted prices do not include sales tax or shipping unless stated otherwise. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping rates are described in our Shipping Policy.

Products

We try to describe products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary from what you see on a screen. We may update descriptions, prices, and availability without notice.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the package to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for current published rates, including USPS Ground $5.75 on the USB-C cable and free USPS Ground on the tablet enclosure.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Returns policy, including the 30-day return window.

Acceptable use

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, misuse payment systems, or provide false checkout information.

Intellectual property

Site content, product names, and the SlateSafe name and logo are owned by SlateSafe or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlateSafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
